General Manager Sales and Marketing: Prior to joining Orenda,
Mark worked for the National Australia Bank for 20 years. Mark was
involved in a wide variety of roles covering all facets of business
including, lending, customer service, senior leadership, training,
sales, marketing and project management. He specialised in restructuring
and change management initiatives from both an implementation aspect
and a strategic senior management overview perspective. He has vast
experience in people issues through senior roles within the HR function.
Mark was responsible for the coordinated integration of business
units, encompassing all issues relating to people, processes and
policies. During this time, Mark was responsible for the strategic
direction of the HR function and subsequent project execution for
integration initiatives. He was at the forefront of changing the
relationship between HR and their business partners whereby a joint
accountability for business performance was adopted. A number of
major initiatives were undertaken with Mark providing senior project
management experience for the successful deployment and achievement
of stated objectives.

General Manager Commercial and Business Finance
: Andrew has over 20 years experience in the finance
industry, having worked in both Victoria and Queensland. Predominantly
working as a Relationship Manager within the Business Banking sector,
he was responsible for the management of the largest customer portfolio
within the state. Consistent performance in recent times exceeded
growth targets annually by up to 150%. With Andrew's involvement
many clients took the step of growing from SME's to larger businesses,
focussing on both the growth of the business and the rate of return
to their bottom line profitability.
Andrew also provided input and guidance into the implementation
of a state wide project involving cost recovery and profit measurement,
which was the pilot program to the CRM tool that is in operation
today.
Since moving on from the finance industry, Andrew has been engaged
by several former clients to objectively review and analyse their
businesses with a view to addressing production and productivity
issues. His ability to determine the key areas most likely to produce
improved financial performance for each business he works in is
one of his greatest strengths.
